My name is Sidney I'm a Leo, fluent in Swedish, and a gym junkie! I am based in Arizona, but love traveling! I have an adorable Pomeranian named Toastie, 2 siblings, and a very diverse family life. What advice would you give someone going through the same struggle? Sidney One of the hardest things I had to endure was being severely obese. When I was in high school I was lbs, depressed, obese, and in a downward spiral. I was unmotivated, had high cholesterol, hypothyroidism, was pre diabetic, and hated myself. I had hit my lowest point in life but enduring that made me the woman I am today. The biggest piece of advice I would give to someone going through the same struggle is that the only thing holding someone back from changing their life for the better is themselves.
I can't complain about the first 24yrs. I thought I was very understanding and, while I did invite her out at other times, I was very clear that her studies were paramount and I wanted to support her as best as I could during this time. Should I consider giving up my PhD plans, take up whatever job I can based on my commitments or I should look for somebody with whom my profession is more compatible.
